LOOKING FOR THROW BACKS!  Do you have old photos or videos of the gym, of coaches (Victor in the 90's!), or of yourselves as little gymnasts?  Email us and we'll feature them here, on FB and in the gym!  We would love to collect these for a special treat during our 25th reunion celebration as well.

WHERE ARE THEY NOW?

So many of our athletes are enjoying fantastic college and post-graduate careers in the world of sports and more.  Scroll this page to read some of our alumni stories.  Our alumni are part of the Capital family and we would love to hear from you!  Email us your story and we'll feature it on our website.

COLLEGIATE ATHLETES

In November of 2012, Capital  hosted a national signing event, a day when gymnasts across the country who have received scholarships sign the letters that bind them to their college choices, signaling the next exciting step in their gymnastics careers.

We celebrated the full athletic scholarships of Capital's Erin Buchanan, who signed with The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Leah Slobodin, who committed to The University of Maryland.  Two years ago, we celebrated the same signing event in November for Brooke Parker, who is now a Junior gymnast at the University of Michigan, Lia Salzano, also a Junior gymnast at the University of West Virginia and Carleigh Wrobel, now a Junior gymnast at the College of William and Mary.
